Sesame Soy Noodles
Recipe:
SAUCE: NOODLES:
-soy sauce (6 tbsp.) -vegetable oil (2 tbsp.)
-ginger (fresh) (1.5 tbsp.) -sesame seed oil (2 tbsp.)
-lemon juice (3 tbsp.) -noodles
-sugar (2 tbsp.) -broccoli
-green/red peppers
-carrots
-celery
-garlic (1 tbsp.)
*Cook the noodles. Saute broccoli, green/red peppers, carrots and celery in sesame oil with garlic and ginger. Add to cooked noodles. Mix soy sauce, ginger, lemon juice and sugar. Add to noodles and vegetables. Stir and serve!
